House Call Service

On-site evaluation, diagnosis, and repair services for large or immovable timepieces. This service is ideal for grandfather clocks, large wall regulators, tower clocks, or any timepiece that cannot be easily transported. The house call includes travel to your location within a 50-mile radius of our shop, complete diagnostic evaluation, minor adjustments and repairs that can be completed on-site, movement removal if workshop repair is needed, and setup and testing after repair completion. We bring specialized tools and equipment to handle most situations. Additional travel charges apply for locations beyond 50 miles. Emergency weekend appointments available for an additional fee. This service ensures your valuable timepieces receive expert care without the risk of damage during transport.

This quick service includes battery replacement with quality batteries, gasket replacement for water-resistant watches, contact cleaning, movement inspection for corrosion or damage, water resistance testing (for applicable models), case back resealing, and verification of proper function. We also diagnose and repair quartz movements that have failed due to electronic component issues. While you wait service available for simple battery replacements during business hours. We stock batteries for virtually all quartz timepiece models. For watches requiring water resistance, we test and verify seals to maintain manufacturer specifications. Same-day service available in most cases.
