By accessing or using the services of Winther, Karl Clocks & Watches Repairs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide professional clock and watch repair, restoration, and maintenance services. All services are performed by qualified horologists with appropriate expertise.
We provide detailed estimates before beginning work. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for extensive restoration projects.
We provide estimated completion timelines for all repairs. Actual completion time may vary depending on parts availability and complexity of the work. We will keep you informed of any delays.
While we exercise the utmost care in handling your timepieces, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, defects not disclosed at the time of service, or inherent risks in working with antique or fragile items. Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided.
We stand behind our work. Repairs performed by us are covered for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion, covering workmanship only. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
Items not claimed within 90 days of service completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned items to recover storage and service costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
